What is a Heat Level?
A 0-100 score for how hard a hook works. Specificity is worth 30, curiosity pressure 30, stakes 20, and spoken phrasing 20 — which includes whether it actually fits the runtime you asked for, so padding costs points. Anything under 40 is Needs More Spice; 85 and up is Fresh Out the Kitchen. Sets come back with a real spread on purpose — if everything scored 90 you would have nothing to choose between.
Does it write for TikTok, Shorts, Reels, YouTube?
All of them, and it does not ask you which. A hook does not change between Shorts and Reels — what changes it is how long it runs. So the only thing you pick is short form or long form. Shorts get hooks of 1 to 10 seconds, long form 5 to 60, and the set comes back spread across that range: a 3-second hook is one sentence where every word is load-bearing, a 30-second one is a spoken paragraph that opens a loop and holds it.
